how to define a custom action in Outlook

In Rules & Alerts: The action I want to perform is to bcc incoming or
outgoing messages instead of using the cc action already there. I assume
that this could be set under "custom action" however, in the help menu, I
don't see how to do this. Anyone know?

Basically, if you have a piece of software installed that gives you more
options, you'd see them listed there. What precisely is it that you'd like
to do? Have an email that you receive automatically sent to a number of
other users by BCC?
