How do I add a background color to business card?

Using Word 2000 on Windows XP Professional.

Am creating a business card and want the background of the card to print
like I see in my document when I choose the following:

Format, Background, Fill Effects, Texture, "Bouquet"

Business cards are set up as a table, so you can't use Fill Effects
directly. The table is limited to the colors available in Format | Borders
and Shading. But you could create an AutoShape with the desired fill effect
and send it behind the table.
