How did I do this?

Hi, I made an index page whereas the alphabet was displayed on the top. When
you clicked on a letter , such as the letter "K" it took you right to the
words in the index that began with the letter K.
I'm trying to do it again but I cannot for the life of me figure out how I
did it before. This time I want to click on words in a sentence and have it
move the reader to a different place on the same page. So I selected the
text I wanted to make into a hyperlink and then right clicked it. FPage
opens the "insert hyperlink" dialog box where I see a box on the left that
says "place in this document" I believe this is what I want but nothing
happens when I click on that box except that the word Bookmarks appears in
the view box. I can see no where else to go. Can someone guide me?????
