How come a JPEG image prints in B&W but not color in PP?

I have a JPEG image that i have inserted in Powerpoint. When I print, it
shows up fine if I have my printer settings to just B&W, but if I set it to
print in color it leaves a blank white space where the JPEG image should
appear in color. What could be causing this?

In the print dialog, what is it set to:
- Color
- Grayscale
- Pure Black and White

Another good idea is to click the PREVIEW button on the print dialog to see
how things are set to print.

Any chance it's a CMYK jpg?

Is it a large JPG? (file-size wise)

Have you tried updating your printer drivers?
