How can you change Cursor Properties

Hi all,
I am writing some text on (fx) text field when i type Alt+ENter it goes to
the next line on the same cell...but my cursor size will increase ...and when
i again start typing, then again my cursor comes to its original size
Please tell me how to make my cursor size constant all the time...i don't
want to see the curosr size to change whenever i type Alt+Enter....

Please help me out ....

never encountered this. Did the cursor size change in the formula bar?
