How can I stop all email connection? - (and how to put it back) p.

I want to use my lap-top for internet but only receive email on my desktop.
I therefore want to stop all emails on the laptop - how do I do this and how
do I put it back if I need to?

Just open your acct properties on the laptop and select Leave a copy on the
server. And don't open Outlook on the laptop or if it starts up
automatically, change the setting. Even if your laptop gets the mail, it will
still be there for the desktop. Handy setting if you're on the road, too.

So, don't use Send/Receive. Remove the send/reveive interval setting and
deselect "automatic send/receive". Uncheck the account in the Send/Receive
group.
