how do i access my existing outlook email on second computer

I have all my info (contacts etc) on office 2007 outlook on mydesk top but
need also to access the samd info and use the same e-mail etc on my lap top.
How can I do this please - I can receive the e-mails on my iphone but do not
know how to set up on my laptop.
