I am new to Outlook. I set up my account on my laptop and Outlook conected to
my Comcast web-mail account and sucked all my e-mail out into my lap top. Can
I access my e-mail still through the web somehow? I need to have my e-mail
stored on the web - not on a local machine.

The default behavior of Post Office Protocol (POP) is to retrieve (RETR)
and delete (DELE) the e-mails from the mailbox. If you don't want your
e-mail client to conform to that standard behavior, configure it to not
perform the DELE command. Go into the e-mail account that you defined
in Outlook and enable the "leave messages on server" option.

When you choose to leave messages on the mail server, it will then be
your responsibility to clean out the old e-mails at periodic intervals.
This is needed to ensure that you do not exceed the disk quota that is
allotted to your e-mail account. Since the e-mail client will no longer
be deleting the retrieved e-mails to keep your mailbox clean, you'll
have to do that. Once you exceed the disk quota for your e-mail
account, all further incoming e-mails will get rejected since there is
no longer any more disk space to save them.

Set your account properties to leave the e-mail on the server.
