How can I share a database on different desktops with bcm v2?

I am not allowed to log onto the server containing the master database?
 
In a workgroup LAN a shared user of the BCM database must have a user
account on the PC with the database.

In a domain LAN a shared user of the BCM database must have a domain
account with permission to logon to the PC with the database.
