You should ask this in an Outlook group. This group is for discussions
about Microsoft Access, a relational database program. The web interface is
not all that clear, but if you scroll down the list you should be able to
find the appropriate group.
You may want to ask this in an Outlook newsgroup, which will be much more
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you.

Under the pull down menu of "Tools" there should be an "Out of Office
Assistant" selection. If not go to View, toolbars and put it in that
toolbar. Then you can select it.
