How can I scan into MS word 2003 and edit my document

I am a Trainer for a trucking company. I have some forms that I scanned into
MS Word and I need to be able to edit them. This would alow me add names and
dates where needed. Then I wouldn't have to build the form from scratch.
Thanks for your assistance.

You need to use OCR software and then you need to convert the Word doc to a
form. This is not something that you can do with one or two clicks.

As JoAnn says this is not a five minute job. If you have a lot of this type
of thing to do, then you need a specialised application. One that works very
well is the ABBYY Form Filler which comes with some versions of Finereader.
You still have to add the text fields, but it is much quicker and easier
than attempting it in Word.
