How can I put a rounded corner on a cell?

FrontPage 3000: How can I apply a rounded corner to a cell when cell
formatting won't work under Layout Tables? The choices are in light gray and
won't let me access them. If I right-click on a cell, it only says cell
properties, not cell formatting.

FP2003: The Layout Tables and Cells options are unavailable (grayed out)

1. You have View | Reveal Tags enabled - disable it.

2. You are editing a page that uses Shared Borders. Layout Tables and Cells
and Shared Borders appear to be mutually exclusive.
