See the freeware Printfolders utility linked from the downloads page of my
web site. You will need to insert the resulting document into Word and
format it with a very small font in columns, or you could be contributing to
deforestation!

Download and install Mozilla Firefox ( its more secure and stable than IE
anyway ). Now copy and paste the address of your folder into the address bar
of firefox. From there you can print or copy to Word.

Hi JoAnn,
I didn't know you could do this with outlook. Can you explain how? I just
tried it then and when I hit enter it hyperlinks to the folder itself. Can
you get the folder items to display in the Outlook window somehow?
