Printing a list

For Word 2003. I would like to go to File, Open and be able to print the
list of documents on my hard drive or any other drive. How do I print that
list? How can I highlight or select only part of that list to print?

Word really doesn't have any way to do that. The best way is to use a utility
program designed for it, such as the Printfolders program you can download from
http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm. With considerably more work, you can use
the techniques described at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/PrintDocList.htm.
