how can i get switchboard manager installed on access 2003

I upsized my Access 2000 database to SQL with Access 2003. Many of the
functions that I've come to rely on are now grayed out. I've tried repairing
/ re-installing Access as a complete install, but to no avail. Any help
would be appreciated.
 
Did you convert an MDB to an ADP? (The Access 2003 user-interface calls them
'databases' and 'projects'). It appears that the Switchboard Manager does
not function in ADPs. Here's a link to a search of the Google newsgroup
