Switchboard problem

I originally created my Access database using Access 2003. Since installing
Access 2007 I now have a number of problems with the switchboard. If I click
on 'Switchboard Manager' I get a message telling me that a switchboard does
not exist (it does!). If I click on 'View Details' in order to have a look
at what is stored in the database, the form presented is blank. Can anyone
help, please? Many thanks. Richard.

I'm no expert. How can I tell if there is a connection from a table to the
switchboard?
