How can I delete unwanted messages from my message board please?

I am getting a lot of porn-type unwanted messages on my website message board
(created in Frontpage 2003). Any ideas on how to remove them? Any ideas on
how to stop them coming in? Thanks

Rather than using the FrontPage discussion groups, which is limited, find
out what scripting language your server supports (such as .asp, .php, etc.)
and then look for some premade ones at places like www.hotscripts.com
