Deleting unwanted BB postings

Is there a simpler method for deleting unwanted messages from the
BBs on my web sites? I am using FP 2000, Version4.0.2.2717

I presently delete unwanted messages this way;

Folders View - Folders List - _disc1 then delete the individual
entries for the unwanted messages.

Then open Page View and select disc1_toc.htm and delete the
individual messages.

This is a very tedious way to take care of the problem caused by
numerous spoofers posting unwanted advertisements, etc. on my web
site BBs. There must be an easier way.
