Editing Discussion posts

I have just set up a discussion group on a web site. I need to be able to
delete unwanted posts and then edit the list of posts to match. How can I do
that? Or make the list regenerate to match?
 
Thanks - I read the article, but I'm using 2003 and I don't have some of the
options listed there (like "recalculte hyperlinks" under Tools) so I'm still
lost. Is that same option available somewhere else & I'm just not seeing it?
 
I've got 2003 also and it's under the Tools menu. Try customizing your menus
to show all the options: go to Tools > Customize > Options and check the box
that says "Always Show Full Menus".
