How can I delete all hyperlinks in Word/Excel document?

Hi,
I could use some help. I know how to delete a single hyperlink, but what I
really need is an efficient way to delete multiple hyperlinks in a document.
I will appreciate any suggestions.

You could use the replace function to find all instances of Hyperlink
paragraph style and replace with nothing, or you could display the field
construction (ALT+F9) and replace ^d HYPERLINK with nothing.

Do you actually want to delete them or just unlink them (so that the display
text remains)?
