How can I convert address book display name at once?

When I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003, the display name column of my
address book has been modified from full names to e-mail addresses only. Is
there any way to convert back at once?
 
How did you migrate your data?
From which mail support mode of Outlook 2000 did you upgrade?
What do your Display As fields in Outlook 2003 show?
 
My address book was exported as a pst file from Outlook 2000.
The pst file was imported into 2003. What do you mean by 'which mail
support mode'?

Bingo. If your Display As fields show email addresses only then that is what
your Outlook Address Book will show. Exporting and importing is never the
correct way to transfer Outlook data. Now you see why. Next time, copy your
Outlook Data file and configure your next installation of Outlook to use it.
