Address Book

Is there a way that contacts in the Outlook 2003 address book can be edited
all at once to display as first name/last name? This as opposed to changing
each contact 1 at a time.
Thanks.

To change the display of the address book interface, from Outlook's main
window click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or
address books>Next. Select the Outlook Address Book and click Change. Set
the sort order. Click OK. Stop and restart Outlook.

Brian,
Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately what you suggested didn't
work. Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks,
Steven

Perhaps, then, I don't understand exactly what you want. If you select
"First Last" on the dialogue I suggested, the address book will display the
names that way the next time you start Outlook.

Brian,
Nope you understood it correctly. I was trying to find this information out
for my boss who tried to do what you suggested but it didn't work. His
problem, not mine.
Thank you though for your help and your quick responses. It was very much
appreciated.
