Outlook Address Book

My hard drive crashed. Outlook 2003 has been loaded on the new drive. I
have been able to reload most of my contacts from a saved .csv file.
However, when sending an email I open the address book and find all my
contacts are listed in alphabetical order by their first names. Is there any
way to change this order to last names?

You haven't properly configured the Outlook Address Book service. See this:
