How can I access my outlook account from any computer?

My son set up my Outlook email account several years ago, and I've always
accessed that account by just clicking on the Outlook desktop icon. However,
my computer crashed several weeks ago, and I was wondering how to access that
email account from any other computer). (I can get to my hotmail and yahoo
email accounts from any computer, but I don't know how to get into the
outlook account). PLEASE HELP!!!! (Sorry if this is a stupid question).(

You would have to set up your Outlook profile on another computer in order to
use Outlook.
If you don't recover the PST file from your old computer, then you won't
have the history of all your emails (inbox, sent items, calendar, contacts,
etc.). If you can recover your PST file and you're enquiring how to set up
Outlook because you got another computer, the information is located here:

If you're enquiring about how to set up your account information, check your
ISP's website. They should have the information for your incoming and
outgoing mail servers. You may have to ask them to reset your password if you
don't know what it is.

That would depend on the account type and who hosts your mailbox. You can
contact the support desk of that ISP to obtain the details for your mail
account if you don't know. They are very likely to also offer webbased
mailbox access.
