How can enable the manage stored usernames & passwords option

Hi all

When i start or reboot my computer, all usernames and password saved in the manage stored usernames & passwords option are lost. How can i enable this option again

Go to: Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security
Policy >Security Setting > Local Policies > Security Options

Find this line: "Network Access: Do not allow storage of credentials
or .NET Passports for network authentication"

Make sure it's disable.
