WINDOWS XP USERNAMES & PASSWORDS

I have been using XP FOR OVER 4 YEARS BUT TODAY WHEN I TRY TO RUN MY PC I AM
ASKED FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

I HAVE TRIED USING F8 WHEN REBOOTING AND TRIED TO REVERT TO LAST
CONFIGURATION BUT I STILL GET BACK TO PAGE REQUESTING USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

ANY IDEAS HOW TO GET PAST THIS.

Enter your username and password. If you don't have a password then leave it
blank.
