How can employees sign in and out using outlook?

I need to be able to have employees sign in and out of the office, so that
our receptionist can see, and that we can print off and give to our auditors.
Any ideas?

Not sure what your asking for?
Do you want to start an instance of Outlook then log
that fact that you have Outlook Installed?
