How about providing hotmail support for outlook 2000. I know I am not alone
in being forced to use outlook 2000 (work machine), and having subscribed to
hotmail premium (around £50/year) I hoped (as advertised) to access my
hotmail account from outlook 2000. I have asked and been told, no, I can only
use 2003. I have been sent some software my microsoft, the email part of
which, frankly, is slow, badly organised, and hard to navigate, and won't
save the options when i ask it to.
Come on Microsoft - sort it out!
