Microsoft Outlook problem with windows 7.0

There are occasions where email does not go to the recipient.
Valid email addresses give "Recipient adddress rejected. Access denied"
This even happens when I send to my own hotmail account.

No need to use the Suggestion feature for this ;-)

Verify that your account settings are correct and more specifically that you
have set the proper authentication configuration settings for the SMTP
server.

Not an issue with Outlook. Microsoft can do NOTHING about a rejection
from your mail server or the recipient's mail server.

Since you only gave a partial exhibit of the DSN (delivery status
notification) e-mail, it is unknown if it was issued by your *mail
server* or the recipient's *mail server*. The DSN is just another
e-mail that you receive in your mailbox. So Outlook dutifully delivered
it to you. That's it job and it was completed successfully.
