hotmail sign in

i am using windows xp, and i caan't open my hotmail e-mail. i am actualy have 2 hotmail account and both are not workin
every time when i try to sign on, it showing an " the page cannot displayed" . but every thing is working good except that and my yahoo account is still working.
is any one can help with my hotmail account, please !!
