Cannot send attachments from Hotmail Account

I find I cannot send attachments from any Hotmail email accounts. The
buttons just do not work. This applies to photos etc. Is there a
setting I have missed?

You need to "Edit In HTML". In webmail, click on 4th button which might
say any of the following:

Rich Text
Edit in HTML
Plain text

Hope this helps and let us know if this worked. It has worked on my
machine!
