hotmail setup for microsoft outlook

I receive erros while attempting to install hotmail account in outlook 2003.
Any hints?
 
I know Hotmail are planning to stop allowing access from Outlook unless you
pay for a premium account, but Im not sure if they have implemented that yet.


What errors are you receiving?
Do you have a premium account?
