outlook hotmail folders send receive

I have recently synchronised my hotmail account with my outlook. It looked
like it was working very well, and all the folders in my online hotmail
account appeared in Outlook. The first send/receive took about half an hor
and then we were off! However, I've subsequently noticed that quite a few of
the folders in Outlook are only partly filled or empty compared with the
online hotmail. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Thanks.
