HOTMAIL no longer works!

When Hotmail changed their format a few days ago, it stopped allowing me to
click on the shortcuts. In other words, I can open my inbox, but my cursor
no longer can open email or any of the other buttons on that website.

When I switch computers, it works.

Any idea how I can get my home computer to allow me to use the new hotmail?
