hotmail accounts on outlook 2003

HI

I am having problems opening my Hot Mail account using Outlook 2003. I have
my email address signed in and i can send messages but i cant open any thing
that appears on the Hot Mail page. why won't it let me open Hot Mail?

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting Outlook, or
contact Hotmail tech support. This group is for a different program,
the database software Microsoft Access. The webpage can be confusing
and may have misled you - please scroll down the list of subjects and
find Outlook.
