Hotmail accounts in Outlook 2003

I have two Hotmail accounts, one paid and one not. Shouldn't i be able to
check them both from Outlook? If this is an issue with the unpaid account,
will Outlook allow two or more Hotmail accounts if they are all paid
accounts? In other words will paying for my second account solve my problem?

Yes, you can only add paid accounts to Outlook.
