Hotfix Q308402

After checking the MS Knowledge Database it seems i need
the above hotfix to cure a problem. trouble is i couldn't
find it anywhere. can anyone help?

Please re-read the Q article again.
It clearly states in Step 3 under the Resolution section, that you need to
contact Microsoft Product Support Services for the hotfix.
It is not publicly available for download.
