Administrator Password Hotfix download

Hi,

Does anyone have the download for the Q308402 hotfix. I
am trying to reformat my hard drive and i have Windows
XP. I never entered in an Administrator password, and i
get an error saying i don't have the correct password.
Microsoft says i need this hotfix. Any information would
be great.

Just as the Knowledge Base Article mentions, you'll have to contact
Microsoft Support to obtain the fix. If you specifically mention you
are calling in regards to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article Q308402,
you'll not be assessed a monetary charge.

"In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support
calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines
that a specific update will resolve your problem."
