Is there any way of getting a list of Hotkeys in Win XP

I have a customer that uses Irish keyboard - ALTGR-I should give her í but
does nothing. ALTGR-I is not possible as hotkey on a desktop shortcut on
this machine so I am presuming some application has taken it though nothing
launches when the keystokes are used.

Programs request to be a global hotkey. So there are two things to be done.

If the hotkey is registered by explorer because it is listed in a shortcut
then you need to examine where explorer looks on startup to find what
hotkeys to register.

Review the following posts and adjust OE to allow access to the files
referred (Security tab in Tools - Options menu in the main OE window, not a
message window).

Then if this doesn't find it you need to do Clean Boot Troubleshooting (type
the phrase in Help while online to see how) to find which program it is.
