Those "Hot keys" if they existed would be installed with the software
and drivers for your video card. In the meantime, r-click the Taskbar
and select "Tile Windows Vertically"
Don't know of any hotkeys but if you have all folders or programs on the
desktop minimized except for the two programs you want side by side, right
click on the taskbar and then click Tile Windows Vertically. The two
programs will then be side by side.
