How can I call many Notepads using Hot-key?

How do you do everyone?
I'm 'Mir' from Korea.

I have made a Hot-Key for Notepad. That is 'Alt + Ctrl + M'.
So, I can call Notepad very quickly without any mouse click.

However, I have some problem. When I press that Hot-Key many times to call
many Notepads, there is no more just one Notepad.
When other window, for instance Internet Explorer, was focused, and I
pressed that Hot-Key, then existing called Notepad was focused.

How can I call many Notepads with Hot-Key without any mouse click.

C.F. In case of Internet Explorer(The Hot-Key is Alt + Ctrl + I), I
succeeded to call many Internet Explorers with that Hot-Key.

Please, give some solutions~~~!!, and
Have a nice day.

Mir, from Korea.

Hi Mir,

I'm Keith.

Change the target of your shortcut to:

%comspec% /c "start notepad&&exit"

Set it to run minimized so you don't see the command prompt window flash.
