What is a hot fix can I delete them from them "programs"
folder. I have lots of them listed and I don't know what
they are for. Is it safe to delete them?

Hi

The Hotfixes are the Windows Updates that include the Security/Critical
ones. Deleting them may open your system to unwanted intrusions. Which
'programs' folder are you referring to?
