host process

After waking the computer up from hibernate or sleep mode, I keep getting a
error message stating host process has stoped working and must close. What
does this mean?
 
I am receiving message Host Process stopped working... many times
please suggest some solution
 
I keep getting it as well. Does anyone know what this error message means?
