Home Networking Problem

I have 2 PC's, both running XP Pro and networked together using NICs and a
crossover LAN cable.

One machine is fine and restores the mapped network drives properly when
rebooted or started. The other does not and I have to run the Home
Networking Wizard every time I have powered down or rebooted. The wizard
runs smoothly and restores the network OK, but as you can imagine, this is
(a) a pain and (b) not as things should be.

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this ?

Thanks in advance folks.

I had a problem with this and repaired :
Set your settings mannual
My Internet COmp is : IP: 192.168.0.1 255.255.0.
Lan comp is: IP:192.168.0.2 255.255.0.

You need use another IP from me (You can see it in Network connections)

Thanks for the suggestion but those are my settings. Like I say - they work
until a restart but the network connection does not restore, despite the
appropriate box being checked.
