hit send button,receive message ms word interface not regisetered

I have been using office 2003 and outlook for at least 4 months. just
recently when trying to send an email I am recieving a message that reads
"Microsoft office Word" then below "Interface not registered" with an ok
button. if you close the message or hit the ok either one, you cant send the
message you created. I can receive and reply to emails. I tried to repair
and then uninstalled and installed Ms office 2003 this is the student teacher
edition if that makes a difference. I am frustrated since I am recently
unemployed and desperatly need to send more resumes and cover letters, which
I could do last week with no problem. thanks for any help
