History List Disabled -

History List started from the "History" Button no long
records web surfing. The only items recorded in the
history index is the top history folder, a windows media
file called "index" and a file called "desktop.ini". If
you open the desktop.ini it reads [.ShellClassInfo]
ConfirmFileOp=0
CLSID={FF393560-C2A7-11CF-BFF4-444553540000}


I have reinstalled IE6 overwriting the files without
improvement.
