Hijacked Browser

The Isearch Toolbar has hijacked my browser. I can't find the program to delete it (it is not listed under the add/remove software). When I go to [View] and [Toolbars] I no longer have an [Lock/Unlock Toolbar] button and all the other buttons are greyed out. How do I get rid of the Isearch Toolbar?
