Can't change IE Toolbar settings, no Lock Toolbars option, everything under VIEW>TOOLBARS is greyed-

Hi all

Hope someone might have a suggestion for this one as I am at a complete loss !! - My PC was whacked with an "iSearch Toolbar" - I was able to remove the proggie - However, I am unable to make ANY changes in the toolbars of both Windows Explorer AND Internet Explorer

The toolbars appear to be "LOCKED" - However, there in no "LOCK/UNLOCK TOOLBAR" under VIEW -> TOOLBARS and EVERYTHING else in greyed-out with the exception of the "TEXT LABELS" which I can check/uncheck

I have ran AdAware, Spybot S&D, reinstalled IE, etc.... to no avail.. Anyone here have any ideas or suggestions???
