'Hidden' emails???

I am using a Group Mailbox version Outlook 2003.

Where it displays 'Inbox' the amount says (20) eg. - Inbox (20)

However, when i actually look in the mailbox, there's only 12?!?! Don't know
where the other 8 are hidden, any ideas and why this happens?

do you have all service packs installed?

You could try to start Outlook with the command line "/Cleanviews":

FWIW, before using /cleanviews (it's like opening a door with a sledgehammer
before trying the door knob) - try a new view from the View menu or just
reset the current view. If that doesn't work, then I'd wipe out all views
with the /cleanviews switch.
