Hidden Downloaded files

I was running a virus scan and i noticed a file
name "hidden files" was being scanned. I notice that these
were the websites i have visisted and email etc. Can i
delete these hidden downloaded files.I remove temp.
internet files and this doesn't seem to do it.

yea delete it
